We started out the morning fishing for live bait. Caught easily 60 squid on 1 drift. Headed to the halibut grounds only to land a bat ray, a lingcod and a Dungeness crab. The crab and ray went back to the depths. The whole boat agreed to go after some rock fish after 3 and a half hours of no halibut. We caught half limits in 90 minutes. The crowd was very pleased.
