Fishing is on fire right now! Limits of rockfish by 11 o’clock. Big Bocaccio and Vermillion rockfish topped off with some widdows that were itching for a boat ride. Most impressive catch was tough to decide. A 9 pound Bocaccio was the biggest, two 5 pound Vermillion caught on the same line, a 3 pound Olive was caught on a weight but, a beasty 6 pound Brown rockfish was my favorite to see. One of thr biggest we’ve seen of that species in a while. Yet another great day of fishing.
