Great day of fishing on the chubasco. The bite started right away and the fish were flying in the boat. We caught our limit of rockfish by 10am. Only one ling cod but absolutely MASSIVE canarys and bocaccio! Really great trip today. Captain JJ Raz of the Chubasco

Slow start to the day. The fish were thick but didnt seem interested in biting at first. We scratched up some good yellow tails and a few coppers. After a couple hours of that the fish seemed to wake up. Big Copper and Canary rockfish seemed to be everywhere. Finished out the day by noon…
