Today was another great day to be a fisherman. Kevin and I had a light group, only 8 anglers. The weather was sloppy, choppy in the morning, but it backed off nicely and became a beautiful sunny day. We encountered several groups of Gray whales that warranted taking a look. They passed right by us throwing their tail flukes high in the air. I believe we ended up with about 300 or so Sandabs, 15 Mackerel, 3 Sole, 20 Dungeness crab and 1 Rock crab. Every one on board had a blast and they were a pleasure to fish with. Days like today make me forget that I do this for a living and not just for the love of the ocean. Come see us and hopefully load up on some dabs!
