Great day on the Chubasco! Weather conditions were decent. We fished squid for live bait to start our day and ended up with limits of Lingcod (26) and 130 Rockfish for 13 anglers.

Great day for fishing. Weather was pretty cooperative. We had the Sur Randy and the Chubasco out fishing this morning. The Chubasco had 22 anglers for our regular open boat trip. Fishing was a little slow today. Our 14 anglers ended up with 4 Lingcod and 56 rockfish. The weather was pretty good – cloudy but not much wind.

Things were picking up again today. Weather was awesome! We had plenty of nice red rockfish species today. We fished sanddabs and squid for live bait. Our 8 anglers brought in 13 Lingcod and limits of rockfish (80 rockfish).

Fishing was a little slow today. The weather was decent – a little foggy and overcast but not much wind. Our 18 anglers brought in 6 Lingcod and 72 Rockfish. The youngest boy on the boy caught some of the biggest fish!

The weather was a little bouncy today but not too bad. We had sanddabs and squid on board for live bait. Our 11 anglers brought in 8 Lingcod & 33 Rockfish for the day. A few nice looking reds!

Great group of Anglers on board today. There were a few members from the Southside Anglers in San Jose with us on the Chubasco. We had a private charter today with a late start time (10am) on the Chubasco with a group from Zoetis. There were 26 anglers on board and they brought in 12 Lingcod and 130 Rockfish for the day. Really nice looking fish! Check out those Lingcod. Pictures can be found here from our facebook page.

After a huge wind storm out on the bay causing trips to be cancelled on Saturday, we did get out in rough weather. Our 17 anglers braved the large swell and wind with us and came home with 8 large rockfish a piece – totaling up to 136 fish for the day.

Weather was beautiful this morning with a little breeze picking up in the afternoon. Our very small group of anglers brought home limits of lingcod (8 total) and 28 Rockfish on the Chubasco.
